Golf Package Guidelines
All packages are quoted per person, double occupancy. Single occupancy, add $15.00 per night. U.S. currency or equal value. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to schedule arrival date for refund of deposit. $50.00 per person deposit required when reservation is made; balance is due at check-in (credit card, cash, or money order). If a course is closed due to rain, you may redeem your golf fees in merchandise at the Golf Pro's discretion. If it is raining and your assigned course is open, golf cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged merchandise without the Golf Pro's approval. Sorry, no golf course changes can be made once tee times ar established at golf course. Sales tax and waitress/restaurant service charge will be added to package rates. No refunds on unused package meals. If more than one course is played per day, an additional greens fee and cart fee charge applies. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific hotel rooms/locations. Room type requested subject to availability. Modest replay fee for surcharge for 9 holes or 18 holes payable at the golf course. A surchaged may be required by exclusive courses. Unlimited greens fee subject to availability. Ramada policy of one FREE Package with a group of 16 or more golfers is honored at most golf course. Personal checks are not accepted.
